Yoga and Meditation Retreats are a beautiful opportunity to take yourself out of your normal world, relax and reconnect to your Essence.
Everyone is welcome to join us, both experienced and beginner yogis and all elements of the programme are optional.
A typical retreat starts early Friday evening and consists of delicious vegetarian food, yoga classes (suitable for all levels), group meditations, inspiring talks and discussions, yoga nidra (a restorative, restful practice), karma yoga (yoga of action or work), mindful walks around our extensive grounds and a chance to stop, reconnect with yourself and breathe. The retreats generally finish mid-afternoon on Sunday.
