We welcome those who would like to work on themselves and their connection with their Higher Self, Spirit, Consciousness, Source and God by making a personal retreat.
We have beautiful spaces available for you to enjoy in this way. Please contact us to see if one is available when you would like to come. We can also discuss whether you would like to have a fully catered stay or cater for yourself.
We encourage you to join in with our daily meditations, and yoga classes are generally available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Or you may wish to have space and time to pursue your own practices.
We are committed to making Strathean Retreat Centre available to those wishing to retreat to a beautiful place for their spiritual development. If you are unable to pay the recommended price set out below, please contact us. Space is sometimes available in Anahata (the main house) at $50 per person per night (or $65 per night including bedding) when it is not booked for retreats. Bedding includes sheets, pillow case, towel and duvet. Pillows are provided.
Om and Shanti may also be available – these are generous double bedrooms (with two long single beds) with their own ensuite close to the main house – for $60 per night (or $75 per night with bedding).
Jyoti Cottage, fully self contained with bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. It can sleep up to 4 people:
- 1-2 retreatants – $120 per night (plus $15 per person for bedding, if required)
- 3 or more retreatants, an additional $50 per person per night (plus $15 per person for bedding, if required).
Ananda Cottage, shared facilities
- For each retreatant – $65 per night (including bedding), or $50 per person per night excluding bedding.
If you wish us to cater vegetarian food for you, please discuss this with us. At the moment we are able to provide private retreatants with meals for $30 per day by joining in with meals for our volunteers (this includes porridge, muesli and toast for breakfast (8-9am), a cooked lunch (12:30-1:15pm) and you can help yourself to leftovers from our cupboards for dinner.
